Waitress/Server

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Present menus and explain menu items to customers
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them during their meals
• Process payments using POS systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills:

• Experience in food service or the hospitality industry preferred
• Proficient in food handling procedures
• Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and specials
• Excellent guest relations skills to provide a positive dining experience
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills to address any customer inquiries or issues

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
