About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused waitress/waiter to join our team at The Blaze' in Bali. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
2. Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen team
3. Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
4. Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently between service
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
6. Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout your shift
7. Assisting with inventory and restocking as needed

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience working as a waitress/waiter in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
5. A positive, friendly and professional attitude
6. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both guests and the kitchen team
7. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
