Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout your shift.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed during food handling, preparation, and serving processes.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery.
• Manage guest inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude, resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques.
• Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately.
• Experience or familiarity with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize guest satisfaction and sales potential.

Pay: £12.71-£15.71 per hour
