Waitress/Waiter

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress/waiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly smile.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding to requests efficiently.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that arise during service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but unnecessary .
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and processing transactions are required.
• Experience in serving or culinary roles will be advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
