Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Waitress/Waiter to join our team, available for both part-time and full-time positions. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in a fine dining environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Candidates should possess experience in food service, wine knowledge, and cocktail preparation to enhance guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems for efficient processing.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including handling change and receipts.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine selections, spirits, and cocktails to complement meals.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
• Uphold safety standards and adhere to health regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.

Experience

• Prior food service experience is required, preferably in fine dining settings.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation is highly desirable.
• Experience with POS systems and processing sales transactions efficiently is essential.
• Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are important for providing excellent guest service.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.20 per hour
