Waitress / Waiter with Bartender Experience

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress with bartending experience to join our team.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant
• Bartending experience is essential, including preparing cocktails and serving wine, beer and spirits
• A genuine passion for hospitality and excellent customer service
• Friendly, positive and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with guests
• Good knowledge of food and drinks, with the ability to make recommendations
• Ability to work efficiently during busy services
• A strong team player with a can-do attitude
• Reliable, well-presented and willing to take responsibility
• Comfortable taking orders, serving food and drinks, setting up tables and maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant

We are a small, independent family-run Mediterranean restaurant, so teamwork is very important to us. We are looking for someone who is happy to get involved, support the rest of the team and always put the guest experience first.

Most importantly, we want someone who understands that great hospitality is more than simply serving food and drinks, it is about making every guest feel genuinely welcome and looked after.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
