• Communicate clearly with customers, answering questions about products and store services using excellent communication skills
• Upsell relevant products to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly during busy periods
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling customer inquiries or internal communications

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued, with proficiency in English and Spanish preferred to serve diverse customer needs
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management
• Excellent organizational skills to keep the store tidy and stocked efficiently
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates who can connect with a broader customer base are encouraged to apply
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
