Waitstaff/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and professionalism
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments securely
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations
• Upsell menu items including specialty drinks and food options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Assist in opening or closing duties, including inventory checks, restocking supplies, and cleaning tasks

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine varieties, cocktail recipes, and drink presentation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills quickly
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
