Waitstaff/Bartender/Server

Job Summary

Bring energy and attentive service to every guest as a Waitstaff/Bartender/Server. You’ll serve food and beverages, prepare and serve drinks, and help create a welcoming dining experience. Your impact: Accurate, thoughtful service helps guests enjoy their meals and supports a smooth-running team.

Duties

• Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide responsive customer service and guest relations.
• Serve food and beverages; prepare drinks using cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge.
• Use point-of-sale (POS) systems, to manage orders.
• Process sales transactions, handle cash, provide change, and complete cashiering accurately using basic math.
• Support food preparation, food handling, bussing, sanitation, and food safety practices; coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
• Recommend menu items and use appropriate upselling to support sales while keeping guest needs first.

Experience

• Food service, restaurant, hospitality, or broader food industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in serving, beverage or drink service, guest services, or host/hostess duties is valuable.
• Familiarity with POS systems, sales transaction processing, cash handling, and time management is preferred.
• Culinary, kitchen, or food preparation experience is useful, along with knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety.
• Strong customer service, basic math, and communication skills are important. Cocktail experience, wine knowledge, and spirits experience are welcome.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
