Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover POS ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage preparation stations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Pay estimation including tips

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent guest relations
• Experience in fine dining settings or upscale restaurants is a plus
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
