Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest experiences and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems for order processing and sales transactions
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques including alcohol safety standards
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs
• Understanding of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23.17 - $27.91 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
