Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with precision, demonstrating extensive beverage service knowledge including cocktail preparation and wine pairing
• Process cash transactions, credit card payments, and sales through POS systems while maintaining accuracy in math calculations and cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols during food handling and service
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, managing guest concerns professionally, and ensuring a memorable dining experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS,
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, cocktails, wine, and drink presentation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to build guest rapport quickly
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately; experience with cashiering or cash handling is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Hospitality background with experience in serving guests in diverse environments such as restaurants or nightclubs is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $9.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
