Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns quickly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain smooth operations

Skills

• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest relations and hospitality
• Experience in food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, bussing, and general restaurant experience is preferred but willing to train the right individual.
