Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques
• Process cash transactions and sales accurately while managing multiple tables or parties in a busy setting
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen tasks when needed, demonstrating versatility in food handling and hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Food Handlers Card required within first 30 days of employment, we will pay for it.

Pay: $5.00 - $15,000.00 per year
