Waitstaff/Server

Overview

We’re looking for outgoing, energetic team members who thrive in a fast-paced, social environment. As a Server, you’ll be at the center of the action—serving food and drinks, managing bowling lane groups, and helping create memorable experiences for everything from casual walk-ins to large private parties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and discuss daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, using POS systems
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures throughout service
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Support team members in creating a fast paced environment helping other servers to encourage guest to have repeat visits

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality preferred but willing to teach
• Familiarity with POS systems for food/beverage services
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances your ability to serve confidently
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes the team and guests alike
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $5.49 per hour
