Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, including wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks, while maintaining proper beverage service protocols.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling duties with integrity and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, accommodating special requests, and ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining environments is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving tables and handling transactions.
• Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols is required to ensure guest safety.
• Hospitality or restaurant experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and guest-focused service mindset.

Pay: From $2.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
