Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Utilize OpenTable for reservations management and guest seating arrangements
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards and food handling procedures
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure a clean dining environment
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables efficiently in a fine dining or nightclub setting

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Serving, host/hostess experience, or bartending background is a plus for providing seamless guest experiences
