Waitstaff/Server

Join our team at LeoPalace Resort Guam where exceptional service meets island hospitality. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitstaff/Servers to support our restaurants and banquet operations.

What You Will Do:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional food and beverage service to guests in restaurants, lounges, and banquet events.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, input into POS system, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections to make recommendations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any requests or concerns.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members, supervisors, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service.
• Support banquet operations including setup, service, and breakdown for weddings, conferences, and special events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must obtain Health certificate and ABC card upon hire.
