Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as MenuSifu or TopServ POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage table turnovers by bussing and resetting tables promptly while adhering to sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety practices, food handling procedures, and wine or beverage pairings to assist guests effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with guest relations skills that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as MenuSifu POS, TopServ POS, or Square is advantageous.
• Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven approaches to enhance guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.

Pay: $4.00 - $35.00 per hour
