Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the start.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Clover ensuring special requests are noted and accommodated.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety, including wine knowledge and spirits experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with proficiency in POS system and cash handling procedures.
• Upsell menu items such as cocktails, wines, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly, resetting for new guests, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or food industry settings is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS system- Clover or similar.
• Demonstrated skills in beverage service, cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink service techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in sales transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate billing.
• Exceptional guest services skills with a focus on hospitality, guest relations, and creating memorable dining experiences.
