Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and friendly Waitstaff/Servers to join our team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with menu selections based on culinary offerings and guest preferences
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including wine knowledge, spirits experience, cocktail preparation, and beverage service
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and open tabs with POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions and product knowledge
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and ensure sanitation standards are met according to food safety guidelines
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience, including fine dining or casual settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality principles
• Familiarity with food handling safety, sanitation standards, and basic math for processing transactions
• Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service preferred
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to deliver seamless service
