Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Waitstaff/Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their meal, ensuring exceptional service from start to finish.

Duties

• must be 21+
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately, handling change and receipts with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, or dietary restrictions confidently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to build guest rapport quickly.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be willing to work.
• Must have open availability Tuesday - Saturday
• Must be available 11 am - 9 pm
• Must be reliable.
