Join our dynamic team as a Waitstaff/Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while showcasing your culinary knowledge and hospitality skills. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as BLogic, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Provide expert recommendations on wine pairings, cocktails, and menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling and service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Hours: Flexible scheduling available between 12:00 PM and 2:00 AM (Day, Evening, & Night shifts)

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or the food industry with a focus on customer service excellence
• Familiarity with POS systems such as BLogic, Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and sales transactions
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in fast-paced settings.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments, and calculating bills accurately
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards required for food handling and preparation
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while providing genuine guest recommendations
• Hospitality experience with a focus on guest relations in diverse environments such as restaurants or nightlife venues is highly desirable
