Waking Night Support Worker – Children's Residential Home
Location: Shifnal, Shropshire
Pay: £13.50ph
We are looking for a caring, reliable and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at our children's residential home in Shifnal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people throughout the night.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance when needed.
- Complete regular checks, records and light household duties.
- Maintain a safe, calm and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Good communication skills and a caring attitude.
- Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the shift.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
