Job Purpose:

• The Operations Intern will support the smooth coordination between internal teams and external marketplace partners, while handling customer queries.
• The role ensures process hygiene and efficient communication across all stakeholders.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve queries from marketplace partners and customers.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Conduct hygiene checks and ensure adherence to processes.
• Assist in vendor management and customer handling as needed.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to manage marketplace operations.
• Job Specifications:
• Qualification: Graduates/Post Graduate (any stream), with experience or knowledge in customer handling and vendor management.
