Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates
Salary:
- Fresher- Upto 14,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
- Experiance:- Upto 16,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
- Salary for experienced candidates will be based on current CTC and performance in the interview
Skill Required: Good Communication Skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Shift Timings: 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM
