We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with experience in the International Voice Process to handle customer calls and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and timely solutions.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
• Update customer information and call details in CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
• Meet process targets such as AHT, quality, productivity and CSAT.
• Follow company policies and international customer service standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in an International Voice Process preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Freshers may apply if the role permits.
