Roles & Responsibilities

• KPI Targets: Ensure all set KPI targets are met.
• Project & Team Management: Independently manage the project while leading the team, assigning tasks, and tracking individual performance.
• Validation & Production: Oversee tester validation and manage the release to mass production.
• Operations & Quality: Address all production line issues and maintain the first pass yield of the test stations.
• Costomer Support: Attend customer meetings and work forward to meet their requirements
