Knowledge and Technical Skills • Proficiency in the English (UK) language is essential, both spoken and written language skills are required. • Proven experience in a contact centre role, with a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience. Preferably in the UK Mutual Funds Financial Services environment. • Good keyboard skills and familiar with Microsoft word and excel • Ability to identify areas of risk or concern, either within team or in the business. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexible and adaptable to change and challenges.
