Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Loan Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in selling home loans or related financial products. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing home loan deals to meet sales targets**.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential customers for home loans through various channels (cold calls, references, field visits, etc.)
• Explain loan products and processes clearly to prospective customers.
• Collect and verify required documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval, disbursement, and customer queries.
• Maintain strong follow-up and client servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan sales or any financial product mortgage, credit cards, Loans.

• Strong knowledge of home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

• Graduation (any stream) preferred: candidates with relevant certifications are a plus Candidate Requirements:
