Interview Schedule:

• 15 October 2026 (Thursday): 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• 16 October 2026 (Friday): 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• 17 October 2026 (Saturday): 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Civil Draftsman

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in construction/fit-out.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare civil, architectural, and structural shop drawings.
• Develop construction details, sections, elevations, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements.
• Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD, drawing coordination, and construction documentation.

2. Technical Engineer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of UAE construction experience, preferably in fit-out projects.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Support quantity take-offs, cost control, variations, and procurement.
• Resolve technical site issues and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Requirements: Strong technical coordination, problem-solving, documentation, and project management skills.
