Roles and Responsibilities

The responsibilities include overseeing key client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to drive growth. You will manage client needs, resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of products and services on time. Your role will also involve to optimize sales metrics, presenting detailed reports, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet account objectives.

Qualification : B.Com, BBA, BM

Skills :
- Knowledge in Tally is a must
- Proficiency in Account Management and Business Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Client Engagement
- Sales and Business Development experience with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Reporting, Data Analysis, and CRM tools
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
