Role & responsibilities
Ability to define and translate business objectives (growth, retention, personalization) into actionable data and AI strategies.
Understanding how data from commerce, marketing, and content systems drives unified, omnichannel experiences.
Skill in quantifying business impact of AI and analytics use cases (e.g., uplift, cost savings, conversion gains).
Experience engaging CMO, CDO, and CIO stakeholders to shape vision, roadmap, and governance.
Ability to drive organizational readiness and help clients embed data-driven decision-making into their operating models.
Expertise in connecting Commerce, CMS, CDP, and Marketing platforms using APIs, ETL, and event-driven architectures.
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, and activation flows across tools like Adobe, Salesforce, or Segment.
