- Shift 1: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM
- Shift 2: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Shift 3: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM

- Application / Production Support
- Batch Monitoring
- Production Issue Handling / Incident Management
- Understanding of SLI / SLO/ Error Budget/Burn Rate Concepts
- Splunk Queries and Dashboard Creation
- APM Tools
- Production Deployments (Blue-Green & Canary)
- Cloud Operations - Basic
- Windows Administration & Shell Scripting
Automation Skills - Using GenAI for AI Assisted Operations like Using Copilot, Claud etc...for day to day tasks
