Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate hiring processes, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding programs.

• Employee Relations Address grievances, support conflict resolution, and maintain healthy workplace communication.

• Performance Management Assist in appraisals, track KPIs, and support career development initiatives.

• Training & Development Organize workshops, identify skill gaps, and implement learning programs.

• Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

• Payroll & Benefits Support payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and maintain accurate records.

• Compliance & Documentation Maintain employee files, contracts, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
