Walk-in || Assistant Purchase Manager

We are looking for a vendor with the following capabilities to support our project requirements:

• Project BOM preparation and enquiry handling.
• Good knowledge of fabrication and sheet metal components.
• Automation knowledge and understanding of automation-related materials/components.
• Preparation and follow-up of Purchase Orders (PO) as per project requirements.
• Material enquiry, quotation comparison, and vendor coordination.
• Continuous material follow-up with vendors.
• Ensure on-time procurement and delivery of materials as per the project schedule.
• Coordinate closely with the Production Team to ensure materials are available on time.
• Provide timely procurement support to avoid production delays.
• Follow up with vendors for pending materials, delivery commitments, and quality issues.
• Maintain proper BOM, PO, delivery, and material tracking records.
