Walk-in || Back Office Coordinator

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Perform cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Handle indirect sales channels, including coordinating with partners/distributors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and submit Excel-based reports as per business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Working knowledge of cold calling techniques.
• Experience in indirect sales / channel sales.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (report generation, data tracking).
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
