Walk-in || Back Office Executive Engineering Project

Job Summary

LK Engineers is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive for its ongoing engineering project in Karnal, Haryana. Candidates with an educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering are preferred. The candidate will support project documentation, data management, reporting, and day-to-day coordination with the site and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project records, files, and engineering documentation.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material statements, and other project reports.
• Maintain Excel sheets, data entries, and project-related records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and the project management team.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material tracking sheets, and work progress reports.
• Maintain attendance, manpower records, and material inward/outward registers.
• Handle email communication, document filing, and other back-office activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned administrative tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Freshers with good computer skills and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Basic understanding of engineering project documentation and material management.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the Karnal project location.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: 15,000 25,000, depending on qualification, skills, and experience.
• No additional allowances or benefits will be provided by the company.
• Candidates should preferably be local to Karnal and nearby areas.
