Walk-in || Back Office Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform data entry operations accurately and efficiently using MS Office tools such as Excel.
• Assist in back office processing by handling administrative tasks, including document scanning and email management.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the team members on backend operations, contributing to overall process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of daily tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year experience in back office operations or related field (data entry operation).
• Proficiency in computer operating systems, including basic knowledge of software applications like MS Office Word.
• Strong typing speed with accuracy; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; willingness to learn more about finance concepts.
