• Understanding of ITIL process

• Understanding of IT environment Skill Sets and responsibilities

• Perform L1-level monitoring of infrastructure.

• Shall be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

• Shall be flexible to support from office location

• Coordinate with cross-functional team

• Willingness to learn IT technologies such as Cloud, Database, Mainframe
