What they need
Role & responsibilities
Monitor the timely and accurately submission of Invoices to all Customers without leaving a single client un invoiced by Reviewing documentation, maintain database, and prepare invoices.
And sent them to customer via (emails, hand deliver, courier).
Monthly Reports - Invoice submission tracker to Credit Control Team, Monthly reports, Pending Invoices, Revenue Report to Management.
Maintains revenue by establishing, implementing, and controlling billing system
Invoice/IT/Operations all kind of work related to dispatching
Accomplishes billing departmental objectives by measuring billing results against plans.
evaluating and improving methods; making required changes.
Resolving invoice disputes, Queries within 48 hours; maintaining customer relations & resolving problems.
