Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and execute CMM programs using Calypso 2018.
• Operate Zeiss Contura G2 Coordinate Measuring Machine.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspection of aerospace components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Measure complex machined components and verify dimensional accuracy as per customer specifications.
• Generate CMM inspection reports and maintain inspection records.
• Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve inspection issues.
• Follow AS9100 quality requirements, safety standards, and 5S practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Zeiss Contura G2 CMM.
• Strong programming knowledge in Calypso 2018.
• Excellent knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and engineering drawings.
• Experience in inspection of precision aerospace machined components.
• Good understanding of inspection techniques and quality documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Knowledge

• AS9100 Quality Management System.
• First Article Inspection (FAI) as per AS9102.
