Walk-in || Cnc Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for turning operations, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
  Operate CNC Turning machines to produce precision mechanical components.
• Load and unload raw materials and check workpieces using measuring tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge).
• Perform basic tool offsets and setting adjustments as needed.
• Ensure output matches technical drawings and quality standards.
• Maintain clean machine operation and clear chips regularly.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in CNC Turning operations.
• Familiarity with Fanuc / Siemens control systems.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
