Qualification: ITI Machinist / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Industry: Heavy Engineering / Machine Building

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, HBM, VMC, and HMC machines for machining heavy engineering components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
• Perform boring, milling, drilling, facing, and reaming operations.
• Handle machine setup, tool setting, job clamping, and alignment.
• Inspect components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Bore Gauges.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and follow quality and safety standards.

Required Skill Set

• Hands-on experience with CNC / HBM / VMC / HMC machines.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Basic understanding of G-codes, M-codes, and machine controls.
• Proficiency in measuring instruments and cutting tools.
• Experience in heavy engineering or machine-building industries preferred
