Walk-in || Cnc Programmer

CNC / VMC Setter, Programmer & Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• CNC/VMC machine setting, programming and production supervision.
• Develop, modify and optimize CNC/VMC programs.
• Tool selection, offset setting and parameter adjustment.
• Read engineering drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Monitor production, quality, tooling and machine performance.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Guide operators and maintain 5S, safety and preventive maintenance.
• Implement productivity improvements, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• ITI / Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production preferred.
• 8+ years experience in CNC/VMC setting & programming.
• Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls preferred.
• Good knowledge of drawings, measuring instruments, tooling and cutting parameters.
• Strong troubleshooting and team-handling skills.
• Experience in automotive/precision engineering is an advantage.
