What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work orders.
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation (milling, turning, or millturn).
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Understanding of Gcode and CNC program execution; CAM experience is beneficial.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting
