What they need
Role Descriptions: Install| configure| and maintain BMC Control-M components and agents across multiple platforms (Windows| Linux| UNIX). Administer job scheduling activities| including creation| modification| and monitoring of batch jobs and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to job failures| performance| and dependencies. Perform regular system health checks| upgrades| and patching for Control-M infrastructure. Maintain Control-M calendars| resources| and security profiles. Work closely with application| infrastructure| and support teams for scheduling integration and change deployments. Implement automation and monitoring improvements to reduce manual efforts and increase reliability. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and incident resolution as required.
