Position 1: Customer Support Associate (International Voice)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Resolve healthcare-related customer queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Meet quality and productivity KPIs.

Eligibility:

• Non Technical Graduates (Excluding B.tech and BE)
• Recent Graduates in or after 2022.
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Freshers can apply
• Comfortable with night shifts

Position 2: Process Executive (International Non-Voice)

Responsibilities:

• Process healthcare transactions and documentation.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of data.
• Meet turnaround times and productivity standards.
• Follow client and compliance requirements.

Eligibility:

• Non Technical Graduates (Excluding B.tech and BE)
• Non Technical Graduates (Excluding B.tech and BE)
• Good written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
