About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Mutual Fund Process based in Navi Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in building a career in the financial services industry.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist customers with mutual fund-related information and services.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
• Build positive customer relationships and enhance customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation is Mandatory
• Any 06 months of experience can apply.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• NISM Series V-A Certification preferred.

Special Joining Bonus

NISM Series V-A Certified Candidates will be eligible for a Joining Bonus of 10,000

Bonus Payout Structure:

• 5,000 upon completion of 30 days
• 5,000 upon completion of 60 days
