About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a minimum of 6 months of voice process experience, and a Versant Level 4 certification/score.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Voice Process/BPO.

Versant Score: Level 4 (Mandatory)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Compensation

Salary: 18,000 In-Hand per month
